[She intends to send a light up to see if anything else in the room has been taken. But nothing blooms in her hand when she opens it, and Sypha goes still, and very silent. She doesn't try again - she doesn't have to. Light is an impossible spell to fail.]
[She jerks her hand away from him, pressing them both against her chest instead, and looks around as if she's never seen this cabin before. And she hasn't, quite. The inn room at the center of it is almost unchanged, but the kitchen from Dracula's castle and the bathroom beyond it are gone. So are the windows, with their vague and unreal views.]
[Shaking her head at herself, Sypha rises to get her robe from where she left it on the floor. There's a hard lump in her throat, and her hands feel alien to her as she pulls it on over her head, but she hurries all the same.]
